Donations to Central Presbyterian Church
Central is a congregation richly blessed. People of diverse talents give generously of time and creativity. People of varying financial means give generously throughout the course of a year. There are multiple ways to give financially to the support of our work, such as one time donations, pledges, directed giving and memorial gifts.
We’re sorry, but online contributions are not available at this time.
Memorial Gifts
Giving a memorial gift to Central is meaningful way to pay lasting tribute to a loved one, living or deceased. Memorials may be named in memory of or in honor of a person of the donor’s own choosing.
You may also, if you would like, make a designation of how you would like your gift to be used such as ‘Glory to God’ hymnals, Flowers for regular services and special occasions, support of the Library, Scholarships for Youth, Music Programs and many more.
Directed Giving
Special occasions sometimes arise in the life of Christian communities that call us to make donations by means of directed giving, beyond our ordinary habit in order to help the community realize an especially important goal. This might be to provide for special furnishings or support particular ministries and are important enhancements to the life and mission of Central Presbyterian. Such gifts may also be dedicated in memory or in honor of loved ones.
Contact one of our pastors if you’re considering a directed gift.
Planned Giving
This is a way by which we address the matter of sharing the blessings of our lifetime. Who will use your stuff when you no longer need it? It is the opportunity to leave a planned gift that constitutes both a legacy to generations yet unborn and a final witness to those whom we hold most dear.
A pastor will gladly direct you to an advisor with expertise in the wide range of available opportunities for planned giving. You can arrange for a planned gift to establish or advance a particular ministry through a Memorial Fund and/or strengthen Central’s endowment which helps support all our ministries while also providing loan capital to launch new ministry initiatives. For more information see our page on the foundation.
